Who is responsible
The controller is Natalia Cerednicenco, Dacia Blvd 35, MD-2060, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Email: [email protected]. Website: https://globasaunittrunty.cc/.
The practice provides operations management services. This website is the public introduction to that practice. It is not a shop, and it does not take payment.
What is collected
If you send the contact form, the practice receives your name, email address, message, and the confirmation that you agreed to a reply. The contact page also sets a session cookie so the form can be checked for cross-site submissions. If you use the cookie banner, the site stores your choice in a cookie named nc_consent.
The host that serves the site may keep technical logs, which can include an IP address, the time of the request, and the address of the page. Those logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. They are not used to build a marketing profile.
If the hosting path uses Cloudflare, that network may process connection data in order to deliver the site and to filter malicious traffic. The pages of this website do not embed Cloudflare analytics, a marketing pixel, or an advertising script.
Why it is used
- To read your enquiry and reply to it.
- To protect the contact form.
- To remember the cookie choice you made.
- To keep the correspondence needed if an engagement follows.
An enquiry is not added to a mailing list. The practice does not sell personal data and does not pass it to advertisers. A message is shared with a supplier only when that supplier is needed to deliver email or hosting, and only for that purpose.
How long it is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last message if no contract follows, unless a legal duty requires a longer period. If a contract follows, the quotation and the applicable accounting rules set the retention period. The cookie that stores your choice lasts six months. The contact-form session cookie ends when you close the browser.
Messages are sent by email to the practice. They are not stored in a separate database on this website.
Your rights
You may ask for access to the personal data the practice holds about you, for a correction, for deletion, for a restriction, or you may object to a use that is not required to answer you or to meet a legal duty. Send the request to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. The practice may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
You may also complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova: datepersonale.md.
Children
The site describes a business service and is not directed at children. An enquiry that appears to come from a child is deleted rather than answered as a commercial lead.
Where the data is handled
The practice is in Chișinău. A message you send is received there. Email and hosting providers may process the message on their own infrastructure in order to deliver it. The practice does not transfer personal data as a product.
