Working with the practice
From the first note to a cadence the team can hold.
Natalia Cerednicenco provides operations management services from Dacia Blvd 35, Chișinău. This page is the path of an engagement: what happens, what you provide, and how the work is handed back. It is the practical companion to the services and the offer.
The path
Elapsed time depends on access to people and on the flow you choose. The ranges below are the shapes used in quotations. They are not a promise that every operation moves at the same speed. The quotation you accept states the actual dates.
-
1. The first note
You write through the contact form or to [email protected]. A useful note names the operation, where the work sits, and whether you are asking about a brief, design, or installation. If you cannot tell, say what is slipping.
The practice replies with a question or with a proposal to quote. Sending the form does not create a contract and does not reserve a week. Meetings are arranged by email. The office is not a walk-in counter.
-
2. The Operating Brief
Before design is sold, the practice looks at one flow. Preparation is a short note from you: what the flow produces, who touches it, and any constraint you already know. Then there is a working session, on site or at the Chișinău office, plus conversations with the people who actually move the work.
You receive a written brief: how the work moves today, where it waits, where decisions are unclear, and which service should come next. A brief that finds “do not proceed” is a successful brief. Typical elapsed time is two to three weeks, set in the quotation.
-
3. Route and rule design
Design starts from the brief, or from a problem you can already bound. Working sessions produce the future route, the decision chart, the handoff standards, and, where dates are the failure, the queue rule. Drafts are tested against recent jobs, not against an ideal week.
You receive the papers named in the quotation. Design ends when those papers are accepted by the people who must use them, including the supervisor who will chair the cadence. A paper the floor will not touch is revised or removed.
-
4. Rhythm installation
The practice attends the cadence, adjusts the rule that fails in contact with live work, and leaves the chair with a named manager. A common installed rhythm, adapted in the quotation, has three parts: a short planning meeting at the start of the week, where promises are checked against visible capacity; a brief blockage check on the days the work is moving, where the question is who owns the next action; and an end-of-week review of misses, with permission to change one rule.
The quotation names the actual days, the length, and who must be in the room. Installation often runs six to ten weeks of elapsed time. A meeting with no decision owner is not part of the method.
-
5. The close
The engagement ends with a short close note: what is now in the team’s hands, which rule was changed during installation, and what was deliberately left alone. The practice does not remain as a permanent facilitator.
Further work, if you want it, is a new quotation. It is often a second flow, or a return visit after a season, rather than an open retainer.
Who does what
The practice takes on
- The questions, the working sessions, and the written papers named in the quotation.
- Facilitation of the cadence until the named manager can run it.
- A clear refusal when the next step belongs to another profession.
Your company keeps
- Access to the people who touch the flow, including the sceptics.
- The decisions. The practice will not promise your customers a date on your behalf.
- The papers, and the duty to use them after the last visit.
If access slips, the elapsed time slips. The quotation says this in advance so a delay is a scheduling fact, not a surprise invoice.
How contact works during an engagement
Day-to-day notes travel by email unless the quotation names another channel you already use. The practice does not ask the team to adopt a new messaging product in order to be coached. Documents are shared in a form the client can store: a file you can keep, not a portal that disappears when the engagement ends.
On-site days are agreed ahead. Between them, remote sessions cover drafts and the cadence when a visit would add travel and no new observation. Work beyond Chișinău is estimated before you accept. The practice is based in the Republic of Moldova and does not describe itself as a travelling multi-country firm.
After the last meeting
You keep the route, the rules, the board, and the log that the quotation listed. The practice keeps its method and the confidential record needed to answer a later question about what was agreed. Client names and operating results are not turned into advertisements. The disclaimer states the limit on what any of these papers can promise.
