Natalia Cerednicenco offers three engagements. Each one has a boundary, a set of papers, and a fee that is stated in writing before it starts. The website does not take payment, and it does not publish a price, because a fair fee depends on the flow, the number of sites, and the access you can give.
Engagement 01 · Usual start
Operating Brief
A fixed-scope look at one flow, ending in a written diagnosis. It is the right start when the operation is hard to describe, or when you want a stranger’s reading before you commission design.
What happens
You send a short preparatory note. The practice holds a working session in Chișinău or at your operation, and speaks with the people who touch the flow. The session follows the work, including the queues that do not appear on the official process.
What you receive
A written brief: how the work moves today, where it waits, where decisions are unclear, and which of the five services should come next. If the honest finding is to stop, the brief says that.
What it does not include
The designed route, the cadence, and installation. Those are separate quotations. The brief also excludes software selection, recruitment, and legal or financial advice.
Fee and time
The quotation states the fee, the currency, the number of sessions, and the date the brief will be delivered. Typical elapsed time is two to three weeks, depending on access. Nothing is invoiced until you accept the quotation in writing.
Engagement 02 · After a brief, or a clearly bounded problem
Route and Rule Design
The design engagement produces the papers the team will run: the route, the decision rights, the handoff standards, and the queue rule when dates are the failure.
What happens
Working sessions with the people who will use the papers. Drafts are checked against recent jobs. A supervisor who must chair the later cadence is in the room when the papers are accepted.
Attending the live cadence for a run of weeks. That is installation. Design also excludes configuring an ERP, writing employment contracts, and redesigning the product or the price list.
Fee and time
A fixed fee for the agreed scope, quoted after the brief or after a scoping exchange. The quotation states elapsed time. Open-ended daily billing is not the default. If a day rate is ever used, the quotation says so, with a cap.
Engagement 03 · After the papers exist
Rhythm Installation
A period of supported running. The practice attends the cadence, changes the rule that fails, and stops when a named manager can hold the meetings.
What happens
The calendar from the cadence service is run on live work. Exceptions are logged. One rule may change at the weekly review. The chair moves from the practice to your manager during the period, not on the last afternoon.
What you receive
A working cadence, the one-page view the meeting uses, a short guide for the chair, and a close note describing what is now yours. Where rework dominates, exception control is included only if the quotation lists it.
What it does not include
A permanent place in your management line. Weekend coverage, night shifts, and a second site are included only when the quotation says so. Travel outside Chișinău is estimated as its own line before you accept.
Fee and time
A fixed fee for a defined number of weeks, often six to ten. The quotation states the fee, the currency, the weeks, and when the fee is payable. Acceptance is a written reply, including email. The form on this website is not that acceptance.
How a quotation is formed
You write, naming the flow and the engagement you think fits. If you are unsure, the Operating Brief is the assumed start.
The practice replies with questions when the fit is unclear. Those questions are part of scoping, not a billed workshop.
You receive a written quotation: scope, fee, currency, elapsed time, meetings, deliverables, exclusions, and when the fee is payable.
Work starts when you accept that quotation in writing. Until then there is no contract and no reserved date.
Payment is arranged as the quotation states. This website has no checkout and does not ask for card details.
Always excluded unless a quotation adds them
Software licences and implementation.
Hiring, payroll, and substitute managers.
Legal, tax, accounting, and engineering sign-off.
A guaranteed saving, lead time, or service level.
Results depend on the operation, on the decisions your managers make, and on whether the team uses the cadence. The practice does not publish performance claims. Read the disclaimer and the terms before you treat this page as anything other than an invitation to quote.
