Before you write

Questions worth answering before you write.

These are the questions companies ask Natalia Cerednicenco before an operations engagement. The answers match the services and the offer. If your question is missing, use the contact form.

Who are these operations management services for?

Small and mid-sized companies with a real operation: a workshop, a warehouse, a field team, a project pipeline, or a service desk. The practice is based in Chișinău and works in English. It is a fit when work is already happening and promises, handoffs, or priorities are unclear.

Who is it not for?

Companies looking for software installation, staff leasing, or a motivational workshop. Sole traders who do not yet have a handoff between people. Organisations that want a guaranteed percentage saving before anyone has seen the work.

Do you replace our managers?

No. Managers keep the decisions. The practice makes the route, the rules, and the meeting rhythm explicit, then stands with the team while those routines take hold. The aim is that the team runs them without a permanent outsider.

Do you install ERP or other software?

No. Documents may be physical or digital, depending on what the team will actually use. Choosing or configuring software is out of scope. If a system is already in place, the work can use the fields that exist. It does not implement a new platform.

Where does the work happen?

The office is at Dacia Blvd 35, MD-2060, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Meetings are arranged by email. Site time is agreed in the quotation and takes place at the client’s operation or at the practice office. Remote sessions are used between visits. The practice does not publish walk-in hours.

What language is used?

English. Written deliverables are in English. If the floor uses another language day to day, the quotation says who translates for the people doing the work. A document nobody on the floor can read is not treated as an operating system.

How long does an engagement take?

An Operating Brief usually takes two to three weeks of elapsed time, depending on access to people. Design is scoped after that. Rhythm installation is often six to ten weeks. The quotation states the elapsed time before you accept it. These ranges are typical shapes, not a promise that every operation moves at the same speed.

How are fees decided?

There is no fee on this website, because a fair fee depends on the operation, the number of sites, and the access you can give. You receive a written quotation with the fee, the currency, and when it is payable. Nothing is invoiced until you accept that quotation. The website does not take payment.

Does the contact form create a contract or reserve a date?

No. The form is an enquiry. A contract exists only when both sides accept a written quotation. Sending a message does not reserve capacity.

What do you need before an Operating Brief?

A named operation, the person who may speak for it, and access to the people who touch the work. You do not need a finished process map. The absence of one is a common reason to start.

Will our operating information stay confidential?

Operating details shared for an enquiry or an engagement are used to reply and, if you proceed, to do the work. They are not published as case studies. This website does not show client names, logos, or results. A quotation can include a short confidentiality clause if you want it in writing before a brief starts.

What do we keep when the engagement ends?

The maps, rules, templates, and meeting agenda that the quotation lists. The practice keeps its own method. You keep the documents produced for your operation and the responsibility for running them. A short close note states what moved into your hands.

Can you guarantee a saving, a lead time, or a service level?

No. Results depend on the operation, on the decisions your managers make, and on whether the team uses the cadence. The practice does not publish performance claims and does not offer a guaranteed percentage improvement.

Do you work only in Chișinău?

The practice is based in Chișinău, and engagements are primarily with companies operating in the Republic of Moldova. Travel beyond the city, if the work needs it, is estimated in the quotation before you accept. Remote sessions cover time between visits.
