What a cookie is
A cookie is a small record stored by your browser. This site uses two of its own, and nothing from an advertising network. The banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, and Manage Preferences. After you choose, the banner closes. Cookie Settings reopens it.
Essential cookies
- nc_consent. Stores whether you chose “all” or “essential”. Set by this website when you use the banner or Cookie Settings. Duration: six months. First party. The page needs it so the banner does not ask on every visit. It is not an advertising cookie.
- nc_session. A session cookie set only when you open the contact page, so the form can carry a security token. It is marked HttpOnly and ends when you close the browser. It is not readable by the site’s script. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not remove it, because the form cannot be checked without it.
Non-essential cookies
None are in use. The site does not load analytics, advertising tags, or social plugins. Accept All records that you allowed optional cookies. Even then, no extra cookie is created, because there is no optional tool to start. Reject Non-Essential records the stricter choice. Both choices close the banner.
Manage Preferences shows the essential items as always on, and an optional box you may check or leave clear. Save preferences stores the matching choice and closes the banner.
Hosting network
If the host serves the site through Cloudflare, that network may set a security cookie of its own, such as a cookie used to recognise abusive traffic. That cookie is set by the network service, not by a script written into these pages. This website does not turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics or any marketing product.
How to change your mind
Use Cookie Settings in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser. Blocking every cookie, including the session cookie, will stop the contact form from confirming a submission. The email address [email protected] remains available.
The Privacy Policy explains the personal data in the form. The banner sits at the bottom of the page so the rest of the site stays readable.
